Chard / Catalogna Chicory

Processing and packaging notes:
Whole head.
Packaged in plastic or wood.
Weight per package: 5-7 kg.

Cabbage and Savoy cabbage

Processing and packaging notes:
Both summer and winter variety.
Six pieces, defoliated heads in plastic or wood packing.
Weight: 8kg.

Carrot bunches

Cauliflower

Processing and packaging notes:
Crowned-type of processing. Six pieces or heads packed in 30x50x16. 5-7kg.

Sugarloaf chicory

Processing and packaging notes:
30 × 50 – 6/8 pieces.

Fennel

Processing and packaging notes:
Whole head, defoliated.
Layered. 8-12 pieces per packing.

Curly endive and escarole

Processing and packaging notes:
Product tied to whiten and keep the head tender internally.
In the spring-summer, they are also processed closed. In fall and winter, also processed open, wrapped in protective paper.

Lettuce (cappuccia, gentile, romaine, iceberg, canasta)

Processing and packaging notes:
Tender and fragrant, appreciated for their small stalk and particular tenderness.
6-8 heads in 30 × 50 cm or 9-12 in 40 × 60 cm.

Chioggia Radicchio

Trimmed, washed, and processed in single layer.
Variable sizes.

Celery
